As a long time Scarifan, I also felt black comet was a bit weaker than the others in the series. Still an enjoyable adventure, but let down by the ending, I thought. (Denge reamins the best so far IMO.) Can't wait 'til the return of Aleister... roll on parts 5 and 6 !

I think it was the Welsh litery critic of the late 19th centuary Rhod O'Cowth that once wrote "I find that the most average of the best far surpasses the best of the average." I havn't heard The Black Comet yet so I still look forward to this with immense excitement.

Received my copy of the Black Comet yesterday. After Denge and For King and Country I thought this story was a bit of a let down compared with the above. The story was ok but it seemed to have lost its way by the end.I still enjoyed it but feel it would have been better with a tighter script.

We've never asked! But if the right sort of role came up, then who knows...? We've got an exciting cast lined up for the next Scarifyers adventure though... more details in a week or two.

Is there the slightest chance that David Tennant could be persuaded to lend his vocal talents to one of the dramas? He's obviously no stranger to doing both full cast dramas (for Big Finish) and narrating audio novelisations, and now he's free from doing Doctor Who, it'd be lovely to hear him acting alongside 'The Brig' and 'Davros'.

Great to see "The Curse Of The Black Comet" is scheduled for Sep the 1st. Been reading that Nicholas Courtney hss been non too well of late, a speedy recovery is wished by this well wisher. Hope that Brian Blessed's booming voice did not cause too many problems in recording your new effort....
