Thought provoking
2nd November 2008

If you buy the November issue of Sci-Fi Now magazine, you'll discover that all of page 18 is given over to a thought-provoking interview with the creators of The Scarifyers, Simon Barnard and Paul Morris. "In the fourth one we sort of reach a bit of a peak with an international dimension," says Morris, bafflingly.

And if you want to go for the whole audio-visual experience, you can also hear Barnard's drab tones spoiling the otherwise interesting Yog Radio podcast

Gordon's Alive!
11th October 2008

Nick, Terry and the rest of the Scarifyers gang returned to the studio this week to record episode four, The Curse of the Black Comet. But this time they were joined by shouty bearded thesp Brian Blessed.

Brian joins the cast to play the world’s worst explorer, Sir Basil Champion. "The extraordinary thing is that I always wanted to play (Arthur Conan Doyle's) Professor Challenger, and this is the opposite side of the coin, Basil Champion. Professor Challenger is a great explorer, but Basil Champion is completely useless," says Brian.

The Curse of the Black Comet will be released in 2009.
